A satisfying chai with a twist. This experimental blend fuses the fascination with capsicum and the tanginess of fennel.
We like our chai in mugs (the 12 oz size). Our sizing and serving recommendations are based on this - 6g of tea (2-3 tsp depending on the blend) per 12 fluid ounces of liquid (6oz milk + 6oz water). You can use more or less, depending on your taste.
